Mikaella playing the paparazzi!
Hey hey everybody!
For those who are following my twitter I have mentioned 2 weeks before that was going to Paris for a fashion BtoB exhibition, called Who's Next. At this event different brands from all over the world came to present their Spring/Summer 2011 collection. So, obviously there were a lot of buyers and people from the industry.

I attended this event with my friend Mikaella who's working for a french brand called Lola. It was nice to be there, I saw a lot of brands that I didn't know before :) shame on me... :) also it was interesting to see the different tactics that companies used to atract people to come to their booth!..the food was also not so bad:)
The exhibition ended at 7pm. After , outside we had like an after-exhibion party, with cocktails (hmmm:)... dj and stylish people!
Me and Mikaella was so tired that we preferred to go home...I mean to our friend's home Anna.
We stayed at home 1-2hours, speaking drinking and enjoying beeing together and after went for a dinner in Marrais, one of my favorite area in Paris...
We spent a wonderful evening! It is always nice to mix pleasure with work:)

Fashion Follies in Lille!!!

Hello everybody,

Yesterday me and my friend Veronika went to Lille, a small city in the North of France, 1h by car from Brussels.
One week before I read in ELLE that during 3 days , in Lille would take place several Fashion events, showrooms, fashion parties....so without hesitating we decided to go!
just...nothing went like we planned:)....instead of arriving in Lille in the morning, we were there around 4-5pm, basically the main fashion shows were finished so we went in the center to discover the city.
I have been before in Lille, but all my memories was that it was a small sweet city but nothing special.
This time, I loved it! Without knowing we arrived to a pedestrian shopping area which led us to the ''Vieux Lille''- the ''Old Lille''.
The Old Lille is so beautiful, with such cute small houses like in a cartoon, with trendy shops and stylish bars.
Wish I could have seen everything but we were too tired to do all visiting in one day, so we decided to definitely come back soon to finish what we began.
Even if I didn't menage to see the fashion show , I really enjoyed my day...and I was inspired by this city:)

Hope everybody had a wonderful weekend. I wish you a nice week full of positive things , fun and joy!

Shoes paradize

Hi guys!!
Wanted to share with these picture of the new Louboutin's shop opened  at the Shoe Galleries, Selfridges, London.
''Inspired by the designer’s own personal space, the Christian Louboutin apartment is both sumptuous and seductive, inviting you to kick off your shoes, as much as try a pair on.
The backdrop to the apartment is a trompe l’oeil wall offering an intimate portrait of Christian through family photographs and personal artefacts collected from his extensive travels. A staircase leading nowhere captures the drama and anticipation of what might lie beyond and a red carpet takes centre stage throughout. Middle-Eastern tiles also give an insight into Christian’s passions and influences.
During your visit you'll be treated like royalty, including having your chosen shoes brought to you on a customised trolley.''
I took this description and the pictures from Selfrindges facebook page. I think the concept of the store is perfect. It makes every woman feel special and important!

What can I say more, Louboutin, you are my dream:)!!!

LEVI'S Curve ID

Hello my dear readers!!!

Like all of you know, the denim fever continues in 2011! yeeesss denim shorts, shirts, jeans ...I think denim gives confidence, comfort, power and sexiness to everybody women or men.
I have my best friend Kamelia working at Levi Strauss, so I am very lucky to have a lot of Levis items:) Love it!!!
I would like to share with you the new Jeans that Levis launched this Summer/Autumn, called Curve ID.
It is a new line of custom fit jeans made to fit the curve of a woman’s body.
''The new line, Levi’s® Curve ID, utilizes a revolutionary fit system based on shape, not size and was created as a result of studying more than 60,000 body scans and listening to women around the world of all shapes and sizes''.
Through this research, Levi’s® designers created a new approach to measuring a woman’s body and identified three distinct body types that account for 80 percent of women’s shapes universally. The three Levi’s® Curve ID fits are based on these universal body types.
Slight Curve – designed to celebrate straight figures
Demi Curve – designed to fit even proportions
Bold Curvedesigned to honor genuine curves

In an effort to further understand women’s fit frustration, Levi Strauss & Co. conducted a global survey. Revealing survey findings include:
  • More than half of women (54 percent) try on at least 10 pairs of jeans to find one pair they would buy.
  • Most women (87 percent) wish they could find jeans that fit better than the ones they own.
  • Most women (67 percent) believe that jeans are designed for women with “ideal” figures.
  • Very few women (28 percent) believe that jeans are designed to fit their bodies.''

It is interesting,aahhh?!:))

I went last week in Levi's store here in Brussels, and bought one of Curve ID jeans:) They fit me perfectly!!!
